Calfee is pleased to welcome to its Summer Associate Program Brett Blair of University of Cincinnati College of Law, Brooke Copenhaver of Case Western Reserve School of Law, Lucy Greaney of Cleveland State University College of Law, and John Salem of University of Notre Dame Law School.
Calfee celebrated the 2025 Summer Associates on May 19 with a welcome reception in the Calfee Building in Cleveland.
Brett will work at Calfee's Cincinnati office, and Brooke, Lucy, and John will work at Calfee's Cleveland office this summer.
Calfee's Summer Associate Program offers exceptional second-year law students a realistic sense of life as an Associate Attorney and an introduction to the practice of law over the course of a holistic 10-week program. The candidate selection process is rigorous and evaluates undergraduate performance, law school achievement, previous employment experience, extracurricular involvement in schools, interpersonal skills, and genuine interest in practicing law within the community and at Calfee.
