Join us on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at the next Midwest Cyber Security Alliance Meeting. Brandon Hollinder, Esq., and Adam Botter from Epiq will provide practical tips and insights on organizing the data mining and subsequent notification process after a cybersecurity breach. Topics for discussion will include:
- Post-breach process, including mail call centers, mailing services, and credit monitoring and monitoring products
- The need for IT teams to understand the importance and mechanics of the data mining process before notification, including searching and reviewing for personally identifiable information (PII) and refining search terms
- How AI integration can assist with the post-breach process, helping teams to be proactive and avoid the complexities of breach notification
