Riker Danzig was honored to assist client Crow Holdings with their project "Crow Holdings at Carteret," which received the United Way of Northern New Jersey's "Industrial Impact Award" at its Legacy Event on May 9, 2025, in Randolph. The project is a remediated brownfield site developed into 1.2M square feet of logistics space at the NJ Turnpike. The Impact Award is extended annually to a commercial real estate project deemed to have the most positive impact on the surrounding region over the previous year. Nicholas Racioppi, head of Riker's Real Estate Group, Joshua Greenfield and James Maggio represented Crow Holdings in the acquisition of the property. Since then, the group has represented Crow Holdings in leasing all 3 buildings.
This isn't the first time a Riker Danzig project has been honored by United Way. In 2018, our real estate team represented the Rockefeller Group in its development of Summit Medical Group's MD Anderson Cancer Center at The Green, which provides a state-of-the-art outpatient center for cancer patients in North Jersey, with a 130,000 square foot facility. And in 2017, our client Lincoln Equities Group developed 5 Giralda Farms for tenant Allergan Sales, earning the coveted award.
