Leading medical plastics manufacturer Warwick SASCo has been sold to Sweden-based Karnell Group in a deal that will help fuel the future growth of the business.
Founded in the town of Warwick in 1981 by Dereck and managed in recent years by his children, Darby and Alex, Warwick SASCo specialises in the manufacturing of reusable medical polyware. A quality-leader for over four decades, the business sells its products to hospitals, medical distributors and care homes in over 75 countries.
A team of advIsors at Knights, led by Corporate Partner, Tim Edwards, on behalf of the Booth family, secured the sale of Warwick SASCo to Karnell Group for an undisclosed fee.
With headquarters in Stockholm, Karnell has an impressive portfolio of industrial technology companies in Sweden, Finland, and the UK, and provides entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses a long-term investment to promote future longevity and generate growth.
