Jeff served as a panelist in a discussion on the challenges faced by third-party administrators (TPAs) and the importance of strategic collaboration among attorneys, employers, and TPAs to improve outcomes and streamline processes.
Jeff co-leads Young Moore's Workers' Compensation Practice Group. He represents employers, TPAs, and insurers throughout all stages of litigation, including appeals and subrogation lien recovery. In addition, he advises employers on employment law matters involving discrimination, harassment, discipline and termination, workplace safety and OSHA violations, and personnel policies and procedures. Lori participated as a panelist in a roundtable discussion on the opportunities and challenges of an aging workforce.
