The first months of the second Trump administration have seen changes to international trade and national security policy at a blistering pace. While tariffs have largely taken center stage, the new administration is also leaving its mark on export control, sanctions, and other national security regimes (e.g., foreign investment reviews). This CLE will provide an overview of recent changes to these international trade and investment compliance areas and anticipated additional regulatory and policy shifts under the new Trump administration.
