Zoë is an energy regulatory lawyer with over 15 years of specialized expertise in energy sector regulation and compliance, acting for distributors, generators, transmitters and storage developers. Prior to joining BLG, Zoë served as senior regulatory counsel at a large electricity distribution utility.
