For yet another year, Ganado Advocates is supporting the Malta Stock Exchange's Governance, Risk, Compliance, and ESG conference. This event will be held at the Hilton Malta between the 13th and 14th of March. The 2-day conference will bring together corporate executives, regulators, and financial industry specialists to discuss emerging trends within the GRC and ESG space.
James Farrugia will be participating in a panel discussion during the second day of this conference. The panel entitled 'The Changing Landscape of MICA and Compliance in the Digital Asset Sector' will be discussing how businesses can adapt to new regulatory frameworks, ensure compliance, and manage risks in this rapidly growing market.
