The Bioline Agrosciences division was sold to a company controlled by Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries Fund.

Vivien & Associés has assisted InVivo Group and Bioline Group throughout the sale process of the various entities, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents and coordinating the local advisors.
