Our Venture Capital team has advised Stride VC on its investment in Nodals AI, an ad tech business. The company has raised $2 million in funds from the investment.
Nodals AI is a media buying platform which connects advertisers to first party data signals from media owners, running complex algorithms to drive positive outcomes. Nodals AI integrates directly with publishers to create custom identity and audience signals for advertisers.
The team advising Stride VC was led by Partner and Head of Tech M&A and Venture Capital (UK) Rebecca Burford, with Associates Jessica Waldron and Henry Stride, IP Associate Hannah Barnett and employment Associate Philipp Borisov.
Stride VC Ross Waide said: "Thank you to Rebecca and her team - a great and easy transaction as always. Nodals has raised the $2 million from Stride, Top Tier Angels and key players from the advertising industry. Nodals is an AI driven media buying platform, connecting advertisers and first party data signals from media owners. Onwards."
Rebecca Burford added: "It was a pleasure to work with Ross and the team on leading the investment into Nodals AI. I am looking forward to seeing how Nodals AI will distribute the advertiser/publisher marketplace with its new platform."
