Gabriel Auger Pinsonneault – Civil and commercial
litigation, Administrative law
With a multidisciplinary practice, Gabriel primarily
focuses on contractual, extracontractual, and ethical matters,
representing a diverse clientele that includes financial
institutions, public organizations, and Indigenous government
bodies.
Laurianne Duquette – Civil and commercial
litigation
Driven by her passion for the law, Laurianne combines
intellectual rigour and professional ethics with strong drafting
skills—key assets for her practice, which is primarily
focused on contractual and extracontractual liability, class
actions, banking law, and consumer law.
Jérémie Martin – Corporate and
commercial law
Recognized for his approachable dynamic nature,
thoroughness, and ability to respond quickly and effectively to
business challenges, Jérémie primarily handles
matters related to business and corporate law. He frequently works
on mergers and acquisitions as well as business succession
planning.
