I am writing to let you know that the Guernsey Partnership of Advocates known as Appleby, Guernsey Office converted to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) on 15 March 2016 and is now known as Appleby (Guernsey) LLP.
This has no impact on the way that we do business, it simply means that a member of the LLP is not personally liable for any debt of the LLP, or that of any other member of the LLP. All existing and future engagements will be with Appleby (Guernsey) LLP, also known as Appleby.
