Schoenherr advised Blackstone on the acquisition of CT Real Estate / CONTERA Parks, a portfolio of ten logistics parks, for approx. EUR 470m from TPG Real Estate and Contera.

Schoenherr advised Blackstone on the acquisition of CT Real Estate / CONTERA Parks, a portfolio of ten logistics parks, for approx. EUR 470m from TPG Real Estate and Contera.

In addition to assisting with the negotiation of the purchase agreement with the sellers, Schoenherr provided extensive advice on the commercial and real estate law aspects of the transaction, including legal due diligence of the portfolio.

Contera, founded in 2009, is a developer and an investment group focusing on commercial properties in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
