Khaitan & Co advised Sammaan Capital Limited (formerly known as Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited) for issuance of Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating to INR 300 crores ("NCDs"). The Tranche II Issue Size is within the shelf limit of INR 2,000 crores. The principal amount of the NCDs issued in terms of the Tranche II Prospectus dated 5 December, 2024 read with the Corrigendum cum Addendum to the Tranche II Prospectus dated 10 December 2024 together with all interest due on the NCDs, payable in respect thereof shall be secured by way of first ranking pari passu charge by way of hypothecation on the financial and non-financial assets (including investments) of the Company, both present and future; and on present and future loan assets of the Company, including all monies receivable for the principal amount and interest thereon, on a first ranking pari passu basis with all other secured lenders to the Issuer holding pari-passu charge over the security.
