ROYAL OAK, Michigan – Brooks Kushman is proud to announce that Francesca Cusumano has been named a 2024 Atlas Award winner following the successful completion of the 2024 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder Program.
The Atlas Award recognizes Pathfinders who demonstrated the highest levels of engagement throughout the program. Francesca earned this distinction by participating in eight or more program components, including in-person meetings, virtual sessions, and online learning modules. This year, fewer than 18% of participants—just 81 Pathfinders—achieved this honor.
The Pathfinder Program offers early-career attorneys the opportunity to develop essential leadership and relationship-building skills under the guidance of career development experts and prominent leaders in the legal profession. Francesca's dedication and active participation reflect a deep commitment to personal and professional growth, which benefits both our team and the broader legal community.
