Advestra Advises SGS On The Acquisition Of CertX

SGSSA(SIX:SGSN), the world's lead­ing test­ing, inspec­tion and cer­ti­fic­a­tion com­pany, announced the acquis­i­tion of Cer­tX. Cer­tX is acer­ti­fic­a­tion spe­cial­ist in cyber­se­cur­ity, arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence (AI) and func­tion­al safety foun­ded in2018as aspin-off from the Uni­ver­sity of Fri­bourg, Switzerland.

Advestra acted as leg­al coun­sel toSGS. The team included Daniel Raun, Fabi­an Loretan and Mar­tina Giac­ometti (all Cor­por­ate | M&A).
