Global law firm K&L Gates LLP assisted Dolphin Entertainment, Inc. in its acquisition of all the issued and outstanding membership interests of Elle Communications, LLC, a California-based communications agency, from its sole owner. The deal was valued over US $6.3 million.
The deal team was led by Miami partners Erin Fogarty and Clayton Parker. Charlotte partner Devan Patrick and Miami associate Stephen Vinson also assisted on the matter.
Fogarty stated: "We have been pleased to work with the Dolphin team on a number of strategic acquisitions that complement its existing entertainment publicity and marketing services and content production businesses, and it was great to assist on the addition of another to the group."
