The Walkers team was led by London partner Neil McDonald, with partners James Denham and Jennifer Maughan, senior counsel Benjamin Twidle and senior associates Tom Esler, Catherine Outerbridge and Tom Harbord also advising on the deal.

Neil McDonald commented: “We’re delighted to have assisted Pandox with this important acquisition, which represents another step in the continuing growth of its hotel property portfolio. Our London-based team has unparalleled experience advising on M&A involving BVI companies, with extensive first-hand experience across the full-range of transactions in the market.
