WeirFoulds congratulates Kernaghan & Partners Ltd. on successfully closing a brokered private placement offering of flow-through units of Golden Spike Resources Corp. on October 8, 2024. Golden Spike, issued 8,000,000 flow-through units, with each unit consisting of one common share of Golden Spike and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. The private placement raised aggregate gross proceeds of $1.87 million. Kernaghan & Partners Ltd. acted as the lead agent and sole bookrunner for the offering.
