Cahill has been named a finalist for Best Professional Development Initiative at the 2024 American Lawyer Industry Awards in recognition of the strategic enhancement of our attorney education and training programs, led by Susanna Suh, chair of the firm's Education and Training Committee and partner with three decades of experience.
Cahill Academy, which offers over 200 programs annually, helps attorneys at all levels of experience to develop a foundation of substantive skills and knowledge, which will facilitate on-the-job training from more senior attorneys, develop professional practice competencies, and increase engagement within the firm.
This award honors an organization that has defined and executed on an initiative or overall mission that supports, enhances, and systematizes the professional development of its members.
The award winner will be honored at the annual gala on November 13 at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.
