It was no April Fool's Day joke on 1 April 1984 when Bennett & Philp Lawyers was established by our fearless founders. From telex machines (whatever those were?!) to cloud computing, we've seen it all and our staff and directors over the past 40 years have made Bennett & Philp Lawyers what it is today.
To mark this momentous occasion, we gathered our amazing staff, loyal clients and referrers for a fabulous celebration at Brisbane City Hall on the evening of Thursday 18th April. On the night there were speeches from Directors Andrew Lambros and Michael Coates which reminisced about our history and we raised our glasses to those staff members who've been with us since the early days including Penny Mole, Lisa Viner, Rachel Wilson and Corinne Martin. We also extended our thanks to our long-standing and loyal clients. Throughout the evening there was grooving to beats by the awesome Baker Boys band and there was plenty of laughter, food and drinks. Many photos and videos were taken on the evening, and we will share more of these with you over the next few weeks.
