Kaufman Rossin Alternative Investment Services (KRAIS), an independent full-service fund administrator and affiliate of the Kaufman Rossin Group, has promoted Hilary Spiewak to managing director.
Spiewak leads the KRAIS onboarding services team to ensure an efficient and customized onboarding experience for new clients launching funds and funds converting from other administrators. Her extensive experience in a wide range of fund strategies and structures allows her to advise and guide KRAIS clients through the onboarding and conversion process with the least amount of stress and disruption to the clients' operations as possible. Her "value add" approach to client service exemplifies KRAIS' vision of long-term relationships with our clients. Additionally, she is an integral part of identifying, developing, and implementing opportunities for automation, efficiency, and procedures for improved internal controls.
Her analytical strengths include accounting concepts and principles along with creating models for the most complex waterfall calculations. Her technical skills allow her to work with and integrate different third-party applications into the software ecosystem.
She earned her Master of Arts in International Business and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Florida.
