Led by Tara Spielhagen (CEO) and Ian Clowes (Chairman), Swiipr is a travel PayTech company that aims to innovate the airline industry 's compensation payments systems. Its integrated digital platform includes virtual and physical pre-paid compensation cards and a mobile app. For passengers, the company has launched the Swiipr Compensation Card, which enables airlines to distribute funds directly to passengers at the point of disruption (such as denied boarding or lost luggage), and the Swiipr Welfare Card, which enables airlines to instantly distribute food & beverage payments when flights are delayed. The cards offer payouts in a digital format.

Octopus Ventures, part of Octopus Investments, is one of Europe's largest and most active venture capital firms. It invests in companies helping to solve three of the world's biggest problems: building a sustainable planet, empowering people and revitalising healthcare.

The Goodwin team was led by Ali Ramadan, Ella Donegan, and Oliver Dunn.
