MoginRubin LLP co-founder Jonathan Rubin will address next-generation antitrust cases during a seminar titled, "EU and U.S. Antitrust Enforcement of AI Collusion," which will be held at the University of Copenhagen June 27, 2024.
Rubin will discuss U.S. litigation involving allegations of collusion among landlords to set rental prices and hotels to set room rates. These plaintiffs face headwinds, because U.S. antitrust laws rely on a much narrower notion of "agreements" compared to the EU, making it challenging to include all forms of collusion.
