Attorney Brian B. Garrett will be presenting at the Association of Independent Schools in New England's (AISNE) Heads Retreat & Annual Meeting on Thursday, January 25. Brian will be discussing how to confidently manage challenging employees and families. The session will feature the frameworks schools should consider implementing to help guide and support them through these trying moments. In addition, this session will heavily incorporate real-life scenarios, requiring attendees to collaborate and share various approaches that can be used to navigate these situations with one another successfully.
Brian is a Director and the Chair of McLane Middleton's Education Law Practice Group and focuses his practice on understanding and serving the needs of independent day and boarding schools, colleges and universities, and early childcare programs. Brian partners with many of the country's leading independent schools to provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of school operations, including student and parent issues, employment matters, school governance and leadership, and general risk management. He works closely with board chairs, heads of schools, financial officers, and other senior leadership members in tackling complex matters affecting school communities.
