Rosalie will co-present the "Drafting For Success in the Construction Management Delivery Model" session with Seema Lal of Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. The pair will cover:
- The essentials on standard form contracts and common issues arising from various delivery models;

- Trends in contract drafting to mitigate problems down the road; and
- Identifying pain points and problem areas
