Society Education are hosting a virtual conference, on the 28th of November and the 1st of December, on aspects of Maltese Company Law. The conference will delve into the latest company law developments and corporate governance trends, amongst others.
Stuart Firman, associate within Ganado Advocates' corporate finance and tax team, will be participating in this virtual event. In this session, he will be going through practical issues which Company Officers face on a day-to-day basis, including issues with regards to the operations of corporate governance as well as filings which need to be made with the Malta Business Registry.
