The Malta Chamber, in collaboration with the Malta Business Registry (MBR), is organising a conference on the 10th of November titled ‘Ease of Doing Business’, as part of SME Week 2023.
This event will gather several experts in the field who will share insights and experiences on various topics related to setting up and doing business in Malta. Christine Cassar Naudi, a partner at Ganado Advocates, will participate in a panel discussion.
The topics to be covered include administrative and legislative changes in the MBR framework, the role of banks in granting loans and credit, MBR’s proposed centralised repository solution, facilitating easy access to finance for niche markets, the incorporation of new commercial partnerships, the vetting of documents related to dissolutions and liquidation accounts, and the concept of the EU single access point.
