Ottawa (Canada) – Laura Little joins Fasken as Counsel in the Procurement group at the Firm's Ottawa office.
Laura has over 10 year's experience in the federal government providing legal advice on procurement matters, based on her adept knowledge of the applicable laws, policies and government contracting processes. She has significant experience in providing strategic and legal advice on the requirements of Canada's domestic and international trade agreements, including national security and other exceptions, as well as social procurement policy instruments, and the specific policies and measures that apply to Indigenous firms competing for government contracts.
