On August 4, 2023, the annual GRATA International reporting conference on the results of work for the first half of 2023 was held in Astana.
The conference was attended by colleagues from Astana, Almaty, Atyrau, Aktau and Beijing offices.
The conference program included reports from Astana, Aktau, Atyrau offices, where the current issues of office development and plans for the next half-year were discussed.
As part of the exchange of experience, lecturers at the conference were:
- Shahrukh Usmanovwith the topic "Relationship manager's work (sales, communication with clients, practical tips on working with major clients)";
- Vyacheslav Khorovskywith the topic "Quality of document preparation".
An external lecturer, Layla Uzakova, was also invited to speak on "Effective time management".
