A.C. Estacio-Heilich has joined Lane Powell as an Associate on the Labor, Employment & Benefits Team.
Estacio-Heilich's practice focuses on defending employers in discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, leaves of absence, disability accommodation, and wrongful termination matters. She has extensive experience representing employers of all sizes in litigation in both state and federal court. In addition to litigation, Estacio-Heilich provides valuable advice and counseling to employers on a wide-range of workplace issues, including employee handbook review and drafting, workplace investigations, and management training. A.C. possesses a deep understanding of the nuances of employment law and is dedicated to providing practical solutions to complex legal matters.
Estacio-Heilich has a well-rounded perspective, having also previously representedemployees in employment litigation. Through her experience, she has gained valuable insights that help her effectively negotiate and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Estacio-Heilich received her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School and her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in North African Middle Eastern Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
