Following the launch of the new revised British Venture Capital Association (BVCA) standardised documentation, Withers tech is hosting an interactive London session where we will share our first-hand insight into the changes and market trends.
The session will be led by Susanna Stanfield (Partner, Venture Capital & Corporate, Withers tech), who is a core member of the BVCA legal working group who implemented the changes to the standardised documents for Series A venture capital investment.
We will provide guidance to investors on commercial changes to the documents and how this impacts the deal terms and term sheets, so to facilitate the negotiation process with companies and the founders from the outset. We can also discuss the initial feedback being provided on these documents so far.
The event will start at 8.30AM, with refreshments served from 9:00AM.
