LEXINGTON, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes attorney Caroline A. Augenstein to the firm's Lexington, Ky., office. She joins the Construction Service Group.
Augenstein's practice focuses on all phases of construction projects including contract drafting, review and disputes. She is also experienced in insurance defense litigation in both federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, Augenstein was an attorney with a law firm in Lexington. She earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2021.
Outside of the firm, Augenstein is active in a variety of professional organizations. She is a member of the Kentucky Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute as well as the Kentucky and Fayette County Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Indiana.
