Beacon Mobility's presence continues to expand across the
country, its latest addition being Huntington Coach Company. The
bus company has been a leader in the student transportation and
logistics industry, dating back to its inception in 1927, providing
services to school districts around Long Island. Huntington Coach
officially joined the Beacon team on February 1. The company,
servicing 12 school districts, has over 900-plus vehicles in its
current fleet.
The Foley deal team was led by Partner Daniel Cohen and Senior
Counsel Chris Bourne and included Associates Megan Fouse, Ellie
O'Neill, and Chase Oriji, with assistance from Partners Michael
