Cleveland, Ohio – January 30, 2023 – FisherBroyles, LLP is pleased to announce that Daniel L. Messeloff, Esq. has joined the Firm as a partner in Cleveland. He joins the firm from Tucker Ellis LLP where he was also a partner.
Daniel joins the Firm's Litigation Practice, having focused on employment and business litigation for over 20 years. His clients range from multinational corporations to start-ups and small businesses.
Daniel has litigated many multimillion-dollar lawsuits previously including class action and collective action claims and single-plaintiff discrimination cases. In recent years he has also developed significant experience in assisting clients with cybersecurity and data privacy issues as these have become more common.
Daniel is an in-demand speaker and frequent author, regularly discussing and writing about issues within the field of employment law. He has been published in major publications including The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, USA Today, The Washington Post, The Columbus Dispatch, and The New York Law Journal.
Daniel received his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
