Phoenix, Ariz. (November 4, 2022) – Wilmington Partner Rafael X. Zahralddin will speak at the upcoming Credit Research Foundation Forum, hosted in Phoenix on November 8 at 3:00 p.m. PT.

In an informative 45-minute panel, titled "Mediation as a Practical Tool," Mr. Zahralddin will discuss mediation best practices and techniques that are based on work done by MIT and Harvard. He will also will provide a practical approach to mediation for all credit professionals, andwill be joined by Judge Leif M. Clark, Senior Advisor at The Claro Group.
