San Francisco, Calif. (November 1, 2022) - San Francisco Partner Gordon J. Calhoun and Los Angeles Partner Joshua S. Hodas will speak at the Everlaw Summit, hosted in San Francisco on November 3 at the Palace Hotel.
Mr. Calhoun and Mr. Hodas' panel, titled "Remembering What We're Here For: Delivering Real Value Through Ediscovery," will begin at 9:45 a.m. PT. This panel will share their strategies for finding key information quickly and extracting valuable insights from the discovery process in order to deliver value throughout the litigation process.
Mr. Calhoun serves as Chair of the Electronic Discovery, Information Management & Compliance Practice. Mr. Calhoun specializes in representing clients in a variety of complex, large exposure litigated matters, involving large volumes of paper and ESI. He represents individuals, partnerships, corporations and other business entities in litigation and counsels them about a broad variety of business, regulatory and risk and information management protocols, including data breach responses, and compliance practices.
Mr. Hodas' practice focuses on copyright, patent and trademark advising and litigation, breach of contract and negligence litigation arising from software and hardware development, implementation and support contracts, start-up business formation, and drafting of development contracts, software licenses, SaaS subscription agreements, privacy policies and the like.
