Lo scorso 22 febbraio il Governo ha approvato lo schema di
decreto legislativo recante attuazione della direttiva UE n.
2016/97 del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio del 20 gennaio 2016,
relativa alla distribuzione assicurativa, che abroga la direttiva
2002/92/CE sull'intermediazione assicurativa.
