There was a strong pipeline of transactions in both the residential and student accommodation sectors, for both foreign and indigenous stakeholders, and the transactions were nationwide. The complexity of the residential sector deals should also be noted, legal expertise in PRS / BTR schemes and in both forward funding and forward sale transactions is a real niche.

In addition, capital projects, particularly in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing and technology space, happily, did not experience much slow-down and, with Brexit looming, there was a boost to the logistics sector.
