1) AIFMD Q&A published by the EU Commission

The EU Commission has recently published a Q&A on AIFMD. This Q&A is based on questions received from the actors and reflects the current position of the EU Commission on various AIFMD topics. Although we believe that this Q&A will be further enhanced and updated on a regular basis, we have added this document as an Appendix X to our AIFMD Consolidated brochure.

2) Regulatory technical standards ("RTS") on types of AIFM: Final report

The final report from ESMA on the draft RTS on types of AIFM was published on 2 April 2013. This draft has been submitted to the EU Commission and notified to the EU Parliament and the Council. Within 3 months of receipt of the draft RTS, the Commission must decide whether to endorse it. Appendix VIII of our brochure has been updated in order to reflect the content of this final draft RTS.

You can download an electronic version of the updated brochure on our website.
