Changes to services

Condominium corporations may in some circumstances be entitled to make changes to services (i.e. telecommunication providers) pursuant Section 97 of the Condominium Act. If a corporation changes a service in which it was to be provided for in accordance with its declaration, we recommend the change be noted in all status certificates from the date of the change.
