We are excited to announce the launch of our Employment Compliance Stress Test, a tool that can help you quickly identify significant areas of vulnerability within your organization's employment function. Our Stress Test takes no more than four hours of your time and provides the information you need to proactively avoid potential compliance- and litigation-related issues, before they become problems.

When should you take the test?

  • Whenever a business is worried about compliance
  • Whenever severance costs are too high
  • When preparing to report to the board of directors
  • When preparing for or adjusting to a strategic transition
  • When acquiring a new business

The Stress Test is available to organizations with operations and employees in Ontario. It involves a targeted review of your key personnel policies and practices, focusing on troublesome "stress points" that repeatedly present challenges to businesses.
