No dia 14 de outubro, foi publicado o Decreto da
Presidência da República número 10.517
(“Decreto 10.517/2020”), o qual autoriza a
prorrogação dos prazos de redução
proporcional de salário e de jornada, bem como de
suspensão temporária dos contratos de trabalho por
mais um período de 60 dias, totalizando o período
máximo de 240 dias.
O Decreto 10.517/2020 determina, ainda, que o empregado sob regime
de trabalho intermitente fará jus ao benefício
emergencial mensal no valor de R$ 600,00, pelo período
adicional de 2 meses.
Quanto a concessão e pagamento do Benefício
Emergencial de Preservação do Emprego e da Renda,
estas ficarão condicionadas às disponibilidades
orçamentárias.
Por fim, é importante destacar que os acordos de
redução de jornada e salário ou
suspensão salarial, bem como o pagamento do Benefício
Emergencial, podem perdurar somente até o final do
período de calamidade pública, o qual tem
previsão para se encerrar em 31 de dezembro de
2020.
