On October 10 2025, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (the OAIC) published regulatory guidance (the Guidance) for age restricted social media platforms and age assurance providers on compliance with Part 4A of the Online Safety Act 2021 (Part 4A) and privacy requirements.

Durenleau et al., the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit addressed two legal questions: (1) whether workplace policy infractions can turn into federal crimes, and (2) whether passwords protecting propriety business information qualify as trade secrets under federal or Pennsylvania law.
