Our Banking & Finance team in Paris has advised Caisse d'Epargne Grand Est Europe on its 34 million euro loan agreement with Proudreed Group, a subsidiary of Paris Properties Développement.

Proudreed is a leading French private property company that develops business parks and workspaces in France under the Veellage brand, with a portfolio valued at more than 2.5 billion euros.

Its mortgage financing agreement with Caisse d'Epargne Grand Est Europe includes 34 million euros to refinance the construction of 14 buildings across five sites in France, as well as a further 8 million euros to refinance the construction of future buildings.

The Gowling WLG France team, comprising banking and finance partner Danhoé Reddy-Girard and associate Kamarya El Yaagoubi, advised Caisse d'Epargne Grand Est Europe on the agreement.

Caisse d'Epargne Grand Est Europe was also advised by 137 Notaires, with the team comprising partner Laurent Lemetti and associates Véronique Mas and Mélanie Linard.
