LONDON, December 22, 2021 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced that it advised Auctane, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo, on its acquisition of leading European shipping platform Packlink from a group of sellers which included Accel Partners, Eight Roads Ventures and Active Venture Partners. The transaction completed December 14 following receipt of the requisite regulatory approvals. With the acquisition, Packlink joins Auctane's suite of merchant solutions tailored to serve SME and large enterprise markets, including trusted brands ShipStation, Stamps.com, ShipEngine, MetaPack, and Endicia. 

The Proskauer London team was led by corporate partner Rebecca Villarreal and associates Matt CliftShahmir Khan and Jasper Schippers. Proskauer recently represented Auctane in its $6.6 billion acquisition by leading software investment firm Thoma Bravo.
