The Cornerstone Awards, the highest business law pro bono honor in New York, recognize outstanding pro bono legal services to nonprofit organizations that are improving quality of life for low-income New Yorkers. Each year, Lawyers Alliance for New York honors exceptional volunteerism by business and transactional lawyers with both Institutional and Individual Cornerstone Awards. The Cornerstone Award winners include 13 outstanding individuals selected from more than 2,100 business and transactional lawyers who volunteered through Lawyers Alliance during the past year.
