Transfer pricing will remain a key focus of multinationals and governments for years to come. Although highly important in terms of revenue and risks, most transfer pricing disputes are settled and not tested by the courts. Recent Australian court decisions have examined key aspects of transfer pricing and have been internationally influential.

Dr. Niv Tadmore, a partner in Jones Day's Tax Practice and Chair of the Australian branch of the International Fiscal Association, will chair a panel discussion that will include two Federal Court judges, the Australian Taxation Office's Chief Tax Counsel, and one of Australia's leading senior counsel. The panel will provide practical insights and perspectives on key aspects of transfer pricing litigation.

SPEAKERS:

  • The Hon. Justice Jennifer Davies
  • The Hon. Justice Thomas Thawley
  • Fiona Dillon, Australian Taxation Office, Chief Tax Counsel
  • Chloe Burnett, Senior Counsel

Please RSVP to Sarah Stancati at mailto:sstancati@jonesday.com.
