Loyens & Loeff wants to ensure that we continually meet our clients expectations and that we deliver the best service possible. Besides regular and informal feedback, more formal feedback can demonstrate structurally how we can improve our services.
For this reason our firm will launch mid-May a client feedback survey amongst a selection of our clients. The survey will be conducted by Motivaction, an independent research agency commissioned by Loyens & Loeff. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Participation will be anonymous unless clients indicate otherwise. Furthermore it is good to note that in association with 'Plant for the Planet' a tree will be planted for each completed survey.
