Esposito is chair of Seyfarth's Washington, D.C., Diversity
and Inclusion Action Team. She also sits on the Board of Trustees
of her alma mater, Trinity College (now Trinity Washington
University). Prior to her appointment to the Board of Trustees in
2017, Esposito was a member of the Alumnae Association of Trinity
College and held a number of positions from 2008 through 2017,
including Washington, D.C., regional director and treasurer.
